# Referral Program

The UPONLY Referral Program is designed to reward users who help expand the ecosystem. When you refer new buyers or sellers to the platform, you **earn a share of every transaction they make** — passively, transparently, directly on-chain and **in USDC!**

## 💸 How It Works

1. **Share Your Referral Link**\
   When someone buys or sells UP using your unique referral link, you automatically receive a portion of their transaction fees.
2. **Earn from Every Transaction**\
   Each UP transaction (buy or sell) includes a **Referral Fee** — distributed to the address tied to the referral.
3. **No Caps. No Limits.**\
   There’s no limit to how much you can earn, or how many people you can refer. As long as users transact through your link, you continue to earn.
